Founded in 2012, Rahul S Dharne & Associates (RSDA) is a Chartered Accountants firm providing Assurance, Taxation and Advisory services. About Team

RSDA draws its expertise from Chartered Accountants who have gained experience nationally and internationally having worked in close contact with CA firms in India and abroad. Our Partners are blessed with a collective experience of more than 35 years in the field of taxation and auditing.

Some members of RSDA also hold additional qualifications of Lawyers, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. RSDA's representation has been built upon a long association with various Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Rahul S Dharne is the Managing Partner of the firm. An accomplished Chartered Accountant and AI-Driven Finance Expert, he specializes in leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and fintech innovations to transform financial management, taxation, risk assessment, and compliance strategies. With over a decade of experience, he has helped businesses streamline financial processes, optimize funding strategies, and implement AI-driven risk mitigation frameworks.

He had a brilliant academic career. He qualified the Chartered Accountant (CA) exam conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in November 2011, Company Secretary (CS) in December 2011 conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and Cost Accountant (CMA) in 2015 conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA, December 2012, ICAI), qualified CPA (Ireland) in December 2022, completed Bachelor of Law (LLB) in 2023 from SRTMU Nanded, and is a qualified Forensic Auditor through ICAI's Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection exam (2023).

He was the youngest partner to join the firm in 2012 and pioneered the management services division of the firm. His area of specialisation covers all aspects of management counselling, assurance and investigations, project financing, direct tax laws and litigations, GST laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc. — providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm.

He has exposure in a wide range of industries including banking, financial services, edible oil, sugar industry, textiles, software, etc. He enjoys connecting with nature and socialising, though his passion remains his professional commitments.

AIR 31All India Rank 31 in the Intermediate Examination conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, December 2013.
