Rahul S Dharne, is the Managing Partner of the firm. He had a brilliant academic career. He has qualified a Chartered Accountant (CA) exam conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011. He has also qualified Company Secretary (CS) in year 2011 conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Cost Accountant (CMA) in the year 2015 conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He was the youngest partner to join the firm in 2012 and pioneered the management services division of the firm. His area of specialisation covers all aspects of management counselling, assurance and investigations, Project financing, Direct tax laws and litigations, GST laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc. and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm. He has exposure in wide range of industries including banking financial services. He enjoys connecting with nature and socialising, though his passion remains his professional commitments.
